The Project Forwarding department within Denkers International offers its clients a total transport concept from factory to the ultimate foundation at the project site. This concept is based on years of theoretical, commercial and practical experience in the engineering and transportation of oversized and (extreme) heavy project cargo.
The project forwarding department has extensive worldwide experience in all aspects of project forwarding which include:
- Route surveys for oversized and heavy project cargo;
Route surveys can be executed all over the world. A detailed report of all possible routes from factory to the ultimate jobsite including all obstacles en route will be prepared. Conclusions and cost effective recommendations will be given.
- Investigate and develop the best and efficient way of transportation and installation;
We will investigate the best and most cost effective way to transport your cargo from factory to the ultimate project site. Local authorities will be contacted to determine the possibilities but also the non-possibilities.
- Engineering services;
Due to years of engineering experience we are able to give our clients a proper engineering advise about:
- transport hardware: trailers, (heavy lift) ships, barges, cranes, installation equipment;
- reinforcement of bridges;
- alternatives for fly-overs;
- lifting gear;
- A wide range of contracting/chartering services including pre- and oncarriage, shipping and agency;
We have extensive experience and a worldwide network in:
- chartering of a wide range of ships, barges and inland equipment;
- agency services;
- yard/storage facilities and material management;
- Documentation;
